Financial Reporting: Vector prepares financial statement packages, including balance sheets, income statements, general ledgers, and allocation schedules. Reports are generated at the specified frequency based on the client’s selected tier.
Access to QBO: We provide our clients with read-only access to QuickBooks Online (QBO) for ongoing monitoring of cash balances and financial data.
Bank Reconciliation: Vector reconciles all transactions within the management company’s bank accounts, ensuring proper classification, verifying transactions against financial records, and identifying discrepancies for resolution.
Intercompany Reconciliation: Vector tracks and reconciles transactions between the management company and affiliated entities, ensuring proper fund allocations, recording of loan disbursements and loan payments, and intercompany payments.
