Our team ensures the efficient management of capital calls and distributions, helping you maintain smooth operations and clear communication with investors.

• Capital Call Calculations & Issuance: The Vector team expertly calculates, prepares, and distribute capital call notices to individual investors, as per the operating agreement. We leverage our proprietary system, Valence, to not only streamline this process, but to also act as document repository for any and all investor communications. We keep an accurate record of investor capital call payments and maintain an accurate ledger of capital call receivables and/or capital calls paid in advance.

• Distribution Support: The Vector team calculates and processes distributions in accordance with fund terms, including the calculation of carried interest and/or performance fees. We will also assist in facilitating potential tax distributions, with guidance of your entity’s tax provider. We collect and verify investor wire details, prepare and distribute notices, and coordinate wire transfers for approval and execution. For in-kind stock distributions, Vector will collaborate with your third-party brokerage to ensure and facilitate a seamless distribution to investors.  

• Timing: Vector requests 1 business days' notice for capital calls and 5 business days' notice for distributions.

• Capital Call Receipt Reconciliation and Distribution Tracking: We diligently track and reconcile capital call receipts and distribution payments. With client approval, we proactively reach out to LPs when necessary to facilitate seamless collection and payments.
